About

We provide flexible labour hire for clients across all industries in Northern Australia.

Our labour hire gives businesses and industries operating in Western Cape the opportunity to partner with local traditional owners to access a local workforce. Our connection to culture, business and labour enables us to offer relevant support to local projects.

We can facilitate short or long-term labour hire solutions allowing clients to scale their workforce as needed. All our work is flexible, getting workers on-site quickly and safely.

As the legal employer, we make the process easy from start to finish, allowing businesses to concentrate on delivery. Our services eliminate risks and long-term commitments for both businesses and employees.

Our Brand:

The Northern Workforce Solutions logo features the Jabiru or Black Necked Stork. This large bird is found throughout Northern Australia, from the top half of Western Australia, across northern Australia to north-east New South Wales.

The jabiru stands tall and proud in it’s habitat and can be seen clearly thanks to its size, vivid black and white plumage and bright legs. Jabiru are loyal and cooperative, choosing mates for years, decades or in some pairs, for life. They build nests and raise chicks together, often congregating in wetland areas.

Our Vision:

Independent and thriving Indigenous workforces in Northern Australia.

Our Values:

Dedication, honesty, and reliability.
